After being on a farm in his early childhood, he moved to town with his family, fostering a lifelong love for the community he calls home. Apart from a tour of duty in the U.S. Air Force, W.R. has spent his entire life in Maryville.
After completing his tour of duty and attending Northwest Missouri State University, he combined his education with a passion for building and business to join O’Riley Brothers Construction with his brothers. This venture laid the foundation for his dedication to real estate and community development.
W.R. is deeply committed to giving back. He is an active member of the Maryville Host Lions Club. He has served as District Governor, State Council Chairperson and a member of the Lions International Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus (Fourth Degree), the American Legion Post 100, life memberships in VFW 442 and the B.P.O.E.760. His faith and community spirit are also reflected in his membership previously serving on various boards and committees as well as assisting with church services at St. Gregory’s Barbarigo Church Parish. He has served as a councilman and mayor for the City of Maryville and was instrumental in bringing the Mozingo Lake Project to reality. He also served on various committees for the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development.
Married to his wife Carole for over 57 years, W.R. takes pride in their family’s accomplishments, including their daughter, who is a prominent real estate professional in the Greater Kansas City area.
When he’s not working or volunteering, he enjoys golfing, fishing, help maintain the Freedom Rock Plaza, delivering Meals on Wheels and lending a helping hand to his friends and neighbors. He’s an enthusiastic supporter of local sports, cheering on the Maryville Spoofhounds and the Northwest Missouri State University Bearcats.

Jim Loucks has lived in the Mound City area his entire life. Jim and his wife, Tami, live on a farm near Mound City with their two children, Jenna and Jamison. They are members of the Christian Fellowship Church of Mound City. He is presently a member of the Mound City R-II School Board where he has served 12 years. Jim has also served on the Holt County Soil and Water Conservation District Board.
He and his father have owned and operated a sizable corn, soybean and cattle operation. He has sold real estate for Enterprise Realty, L.L.C. for several years.
