Randy James, owner Enterprise Realty & Auction, LLC Land Consultants has vast farm knowledge. Randy began by assisting his father with the family purebred swine,cattle, row crop, and hay operation. Randy then gained sales experience through Standard Nutrition Livestock. He now dedicates his business life to Enterprise Realty & Auction LLC, Land Consultants. Land Consultants is an innovative company providing decades of sales and transactional marketing experience. The firm provides one-of-a-kind combination of in-depth market knowledge and an extensive network of relationships worldwide to consistently provide superior results to all clients. Randy is an active member in his church, the Maryville Host Lions Club and Maryville Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Sonya have 2 children. While away from work, Randy enjoys outdoor activities and almost every sport. He enjoys daily competition.
Jim Loucks has lived in the Mound City area his entire life. Jim and his wife, Tami, live on a farm near Mound City with their two children, Jenna and Jamison. They are members of the Christian Fellowship Church of Mound City. He is presently a member of the Mound City R-II School Board where he has served 12 years. Jim has also served on the Holt County Soil and Water Conservation District Board. He and his father have owned and operated a sizable corn, soybean and cattle operation. He has sold real estate for Enterprise Realty, L.L.C. for several years. Payton Whitworth was born in Texas, growing up in Texas, Nebraska and Iowa where he graduated from Ottumwa, Iowa High School. He attended the University of Nebraska in Omaha, was an Assistant Golf Professional at Skyline Woods Country Club in Omaha before moving in Maryville to become the Assistant Golf Professional at Mozingo Lake Golf Course at which he later became the Head Professional.
Payton is the grandson of a long-time real estate broker in Texas and understands the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience. In his years of living in northwest Missouri, Payton has become very familiar with the area and the various characteristics of property to help his clients find the perfect property to fit their wants, needs and desires.
In his spare time, Payton enjoys working with dogs, hunting and competitive bass fishing.

Mark Smith began his auction career at the young age of 13 working the ring and taking bids at his fatherís livestock auction. At the age of 17 he was calling bids for cattle and the weekly auction. By age 21, Mark was the lead auctioneer at two weekly livestock auctions in the state of Iowa while attending Iowa State University.
After graduating from Iowa State, Mark continued his auction business while pursuing what now has become a 25 year career in ag finance and community banking. A 1978 of the widely respected Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, Mark has conducted auctions in Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Montana during his over 30 year auction career.
His expertise in farm equipment and farm real estate auctions is extensive. In addition, Mark has conducted auctions of a wide range of merchandise including antiques, purebred cattle, horses and construction equipment. Mark has been an auctioneer for over 1000 auctions during his career.
Mark is the president and CEO of First Missouri National Bank, Brookfield, Missouri since 1992 and is a member of the Missouri Professional and National Auctioneer Associations.
